Our Security Officers are always uniformed and will be smart and well-groomed to give authority and confidence. They are all qualified SIA licensees as is now required by law. To gain a SIA license all candidates are police checked beforehand so you have no worries as regards their integrity. To qualify for the SIA license, candidates must have taken an in-depth course in Security for Static Guards and have passed two exams. Therefore there will not be anyone on your site without expert knowledge of security procedures and the inherent responsibility that goes with it. This will give further peace of mind when your leave your security issues with us.
These services will be customised to your particular needs. We hold keys for alarm response only or for emergency access to your buildings whenever it is needed. Also for opening or closing and alarming your premises. Your security is our priority.
Our 24 hour response service is there for you if ever your alarms are activated. Our response time to your property will be in under 20 minutes to comply with your insurances and your alarm company. We will liaise with your alarm company, inspect your premises and keep your premises secure while waiting for any emergency services that may be required. We will stay on your site until we are able to totally secure it to your specifications. Your security is always our priority.
Our control centre will answer your calls 24 hours a day. Any problems or queries wil be dealt with promptly and expertly. As our customer you will find that we are happy to give information and advice suited to your particular site and security measures. At all times you will receive a personal and customised service and full response to your enquiries. Our service aims to put your mind at rest over all your security issues.
With our Mobile Patrol services, you can request a visit and check on your property as often as you require. At any time we can be there to prevent fire or flood damage or monitor vital plant and machinery. Our Mobile Patrol vehicles can attend your buildings at irregular times to do external or even internal checks. All our patrol officers will know exactly what you require as our aim is to make this a very personal service.
